Refund & Return Policies AND More


At Grace Abode, we take pride in offering high-quality, handmade products. However, due to the nature of our products and for the safety and hygiene of our customers, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Please review all product details and ingredients carefully before purchasing. If you have any questions, feel free to reach out—we’re happy to help.


 

Processing Time:

Each order is made and packaged with care by hand. Please allow up to 7 business days for processing before shipment, unless otherwise stated. During high-volume times or restocks, this window may extend slightly.

 


Order Issues:

If there is an issue with your order—such as receiving a damaged or incorrect item—please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include sending a replacement or issuing a refund, if applicable.

 

Refunds:

Refunds will only be issued for damaged or incorrect products. Please contact us as soon as possible if there is a problem with your order. Refunds will be processed only after the situation has been reviewed and, if necessary, the product has been returned.

Shipping Delays & Lost Packages:

Once your package has been handed over to the post carriers, Grace Abode is no longer responsible for delays, damages, or missing packages caused during transit. While we carefully pack each order to ensure it arrives safely, delivery issues must be addressed directly with the carrier (typically USPS). If your package is marked as delivered but missing, please first check with the neighbors or your local post office. We’re happy to assist in filing a claim if needed, but we cannot guarantee replacements or refunds for postal service errors.


Handmade & Natural Product Variations:

Due to the natural and handmade nature of our products, slight variations in color, texture, or scent may occur. This is normal and part of what makes each item unique!

Allergy Notice:

Please read all ingredient lists carefully and test products on a small area before full use. Grace Abode is not responsible for allergic reactions or sensitivities.


Warm Weather Shipping Policy

To ensure your Grace Abode tallow products arrive in their best condition, please note the following seasonal guidelines.

 

Heat Sensitivity Notice

Our tallow-based products are natural and free from synthetic stabilizers, which means they can soften or melt in transit during warmer months (May–September). This does not affect their quality or effectiveness. If your product arrives softened, simply place it in a cool area or refrigerate it for a short time to restore its original texture.


Summer Shipping Schedule

To avoid products sitting in hot delivery trucks or warehouses over the weekend, we only ship orders Monday through Wednesday during the summer.

Orders placed after 12 PM CST on Wednesdays will be shipped the following Monday.

We do this to protect the integrity of your order and ensure it reaches you as safely as possible.
